Compliance Officer

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fraud detection and prevention, with specific expertise in using Fraud Centre MasterCard Connect. This role involves monitoring transactions, identifying potential fraud, and implementing strategies to mitigate risks. Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and analyze transactions for potential fraudulent activity using Fraud Centre MasterCard Connect.
2. Conduct thorough investigations of suspected fraudulent transactions.
3. Develop and implement fraud detection and prevention strategies.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to fraud prevention.
5. Prepare detailed reports on fraud incidents and present findings to the MLRO.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in fraud prevention and detection.
7. Respond promptly to fraud alerts and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in fraud detection and prevention, with specific expertise in Fraud Centre MasterCard Connect.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. High level of integrity and attention to detail.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant fraud detection software.
