Job Role - MIS Executive Office Location - Noida, Sector - 64 Work from Office The MIS Executive will be responsible for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization within the Procurement to Pay (P2P) process, as well as providing support to the Operations and Special Projects teams. This role is critical in driving data-driven decision-making, enhancing operational efficiency, and contributing to the success of special projects. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Gather, analyze, and consolidate data related to the Procurement to Pay process, operations, and special projects.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to the respective teams.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement through data analysis.
- Microsoft Power BI knowledge to design, develop, and deploy dashboards and reports that help businesses make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the Procurement team to optimize the P2P process by providing data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor the P2P process for compliance and efficiency, and implement improvements as needed.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for process automation.
- Provide data support to the Operations team by analyzing operational data and offering insights for enhancing operational efficiency.
- Work with Operations leaders to streamline processes and improve resource allocation.
- Create and maintain operational performance reports.
- Collaborate with the Special Projects team to fulfill data-related tasks for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Assist in gathering data for project feasibility studies, progress tracking, and post-project evaluations.
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security in accordance with company policies.
- Document procedures, guidelines, and best practices related to data management, reporting, and process optimization.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
