Job Description: Media Planner/Manager (Offline/Electronic) Position: Media Planner/Manager Experience: 2 to 6 years Location: Gurugram Haryana We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Media Planner for our Media and Advertising vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media planning, budgeting, and campaign execution, particularly in offline channels such as Print, TV, Radio, and Outdoor. Key Responsibilities: Research and evaluate market data to inform media strategies. Oversee campaign budgets, negotiate costs, and ensure optimal allocation of media spend. Supervise the implementation of media campaigns across multiple platforms. Prepare and present campaign proposals to clients. Monitor media trends across channels, with a focus on Television. Execute media plans, including Media Estimates, Release Orders, and Media Billing. Collaborate closely with Media Buyers, publications, and external partners. Manage Publication Monthly Payments and track progress against targets. Maintain Print, Radio, and TV rate cards, as well as circulation data. Track performance against monthly and annual targets. Be an integral part of the media planning team and contribute to the successful execution of campaigns. Key Skills: Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Proficiency in media planning and budgeting. In-depth knowledge of media execution (Print, TV, Radio, Outdoor). Experience with media billing systems like Finsys. Excellent client and publication network.
