Job Title: Trainee - Quality Analysis Department: Operations Saarthi Location: Noida Role Overview: The Trainee - Quality Analysis (6-month duration) will work closely with the Operations Saarthi team to ensure adherence to quality standards, monitor communication processes, and enhance student and faculty interactions. This role is ideal for candidates with prior calling experience, preferably in the EdTech sector , who can effectively coordinate with students and faculty while resolving queries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Call & Chat Quality Monitoring: Assess inbound and outbound calls, chat interactions, and email responses to ensure compliance with quality and communication standards.
  • Student & Faculty Coordination: Act as a bridge between students and faculty, ensuring smooth communication and query resolution.
  • Query Resolution: Address student concerns, academic queries, and operational issues via calls and chats efficiently.
  • Feedback & Reviews Management: Gather, analyze, and document student feedback from calls and chat to improve service quality.
  • Performance Analysis: Identify gaps in communication, provide actionable feedback, and recommend process improvements.
  • Quality Control Measures: Assist in developing and implementing quality control strategies to enhance student experience.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of call evaluations, student queries, and feedback reports.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement in student engagement and support processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • 6-month contract-based role , with potential for extension based on performance.
  • Prior experience in a calling profile is preferred, especially in EdTech or student support roles .
  • Advanced English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Experience in coordinating with students and faculty to address queries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage student reviews and feedback efficiently.
  • A proactive approach to handling student concerns and ensuring high-quality service.
