We're seeking a highly creative and skilled designer to develop innovative pop-up designs and gimmick boxes for branded advertising campaigns. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and prototyping eye-catching 3D structures that transform flat packaging into engaging and memorable experiences. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of paper engineering, structural design, and visual communication, with a passion for pushing creative boundaries. Experience in producing production-ready files and collaborating with manufacturers is a plus. • Proficiency in various paper crafting techniques such as origami, pop-up design and paper cutting
• Strong attention to detail and creative skills
• Ability to independently generate new ideas and execute them
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
• Previous experience in paper crafting or art-related roles is preferred
