Job Description: Principal Analyst/Research Analyst Location : Faridabad (Head Office), Cosmos Pumps Pvt. Ltd. Experience : 2–5 years in business analysis, market research, or strategy roles Responsibilities :

• Collect, organize, and analyze data related to market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Identify opportunities for growth, including new products, markets, and geographical expansions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for entering new markets or launching new products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies.
• Present clear, concise, and actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend adjustments to achieve growth objectives.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of market research techniques and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Knowledge of global markets and business strategies is a plus.
