Mechanical Building Service Engineer (Dublin and Roscommon)

Design Build Search are working with a rapidly growing design consultancy based in Dublin and Roscommon who are searching for a mechanical building service engineer. As a key figure in this established team of expert engineers and technicians, you will be working closely with colleagues of various disciplines, you will prepare and oversee detailed engineering designs using appropriate design software. Working across a variety of sectors such as education, commercial, health care, retail and critical systems, and will take responsibility for the management of projects to achieve financial and time deadlines Requirements: Excellent communication skills. Degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of +3 years experience of designing mechanical services installations preferably in healthcare, educational and commercial office sectors. Full, clean driving license and access to own transport. Preference: Preference will be given to candidates who meet the above requirements and if not currently chartered are working towards chartership. In addition preference will be given to candidates that can demonstrate a working experience of Revit BIM software in the relevant field. Salary and benefits are negotiable depending on experience.
