Role Overview: Retention Lead would be responsible for Improving the health of acquired user base (retention/repeat) and arrest churn Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Data-Driven Strategy & Execution: Design and implement interventions based on data insights and organizational understanding. Coordinate initiatives, execute efficiently, and iterate based on learnings.
  • User Base Optimization: Develop a nuanced approach to improving user retention by analyzing factors such as acquisition sources, geographical distribution, recency, and monetary behavior. Utilize these insights to shape campaigns, interventions, and goal-setting strategies.
  • Cost-Efficient Growth: Optimize spending by ensuring cost-effective initiatives, measuring cost per incremental order/revenue, and implementing robust experimentation frameworks.
  • Metrics-Driven Planning: Establish bottom-up plans driven by baseline data and targeted initiatives. Maintain a strong focus on key performance metrics, analyze data in a detailed manner, and ensure consistent delivery against objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Enhance strategic planning capabilities over time, refine execution efficiency, and improve success rates through iterative learning.
