Electrical And Instrumentation Supervisor
Qualifications:- Diploma (Electrical)
- Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Instrumentation)
- Lead the electrical and instrumentation teams in executing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime in operational processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical systems and instrumentation to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams to review project specifications and provide technical input on electrical and instrumentation design.
- Oversee the calibration and testing of instrumentation equipment, ensuring precision and accuracy in measurements and outputs.
- Manage inventory of electrical components and instrumentation tools, ensuring availability for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians and engineers, fostering professional growth and enhancing team capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex electrical and instrumentation issues, developing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to electrical systems, instrumentation calibrations, and maintenance activities for compliance and audit purposes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes, integrating relevant advancements into operational practices.
