Good day! Al Jazeera Manpower is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to fulfill one of our requirements. This customer-facing role is mainly to provide customer support in resources and technical planning for the Wireline Operations. The candidate will be directly involved in the flawless execution assurance process from both the customer’s side and the internal side, interacting with all Service Delivery Functions, Operations, Sales, and AMO. Responsibilities
- Pre-job Customer Meetings – Internal technical planning and resources planning
- Well On Paper for wireline operations with the customer.
- Incident Management
- Operations Management – Planning.
- Experience with Cased Hole, Perforating and Open Hole Logging Wireline Operations is a must.
- Past experience in Front Line Management Role is a must.
- 6+ Years’ of experience is a must in above fields
- Arabic and English language proficiency is a must.
