Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of developing the world's largest entertainment city in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to fill the role of Senior Lead - Implementation for the Latifah project. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation planning and execution stages of the Latifah initiative, ensuring alignment with the overall objectives of the Qiddiya project.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide project level schedule/planning analysis of the IMS & Implementation Plans for City & District Asset development & delivery in support of the completion of projects within budget, timeline and desired quality standards.
  2. Provide schedule/planning analysis of impact on all relevant change control submissions against approved IMS & Implementation Plan baseline.
  3. Provide analysis of submissions to the development of the City / District / Business Functions Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) plans and their application to the IMS.
  4. Provide planning support and analysis of submissions to the conformity reviews (50% / 100%) with respect to implementation requirements.
  5. Contribute to the production of monthly implementation reports and dashboards for executive level reporting including but not limited to, analysis of project/activity variance, interface and interdependency.
  6. Review and provide information/output on the status of interfaces and interdependencies between City and District teams within the IMS and Implementation Plans.
  7. Contribute to reporting on data and analysis in support of key client reviews and meetings as required.
  8. Contribute as required to the development and implementation of department policies, procedures and work practices.
  9. Support inputs to City/District/Business functions with development of their implementation responsibilities.
  10. Provide contributions through analysis as and when required in support of submissions to the executive team with critical information presentation and reports.
  11. Liaise upon management instruction with internal resources and external consultants.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. At least a minimum of 6-9 relevant years of experience in project implementation, preferably in large-scale development projects.
  3. Expert in Primavera 6 is essential.
  4. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  5. Proven experience in managing complex projects, with excellent organizational skills.
  6. Strong leadership abilities with experience in mentoring and guiding teams.
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
  9. Proficient in project management software and tools.
  10. Significant Programme/project management experience.
