Human Resources Department: Traders Qaryat al Beri, Abu Dhabi Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the community? Do you possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Colleagues Accommodation Associate. What are we looking for?

  1. Excellent Computer Skills.
  2. Communication Skills.
  3. Administration experience.
  4. Previous experience in property management or a related field is highly desirable.
  5. Knowledge of housing laws and regulations.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
What will you do?
  1. Coordinating maintenance works with the third-party contractors.
  2. Daily room inspection to ensure the proper cleanliness, hygiene, and other facilities are well maintained.
  3. Monitor and update water and electricity consumption for the accommodation.
  4. Updating the Notice boards.
  5. Supervise cleaning work performed by the outsourced cleaning company (Kitchen, General rooms, Recreation, TV room) and report any irregularities.
  6. Liaise with the security guards in monitoring the visitor register and visiting hours.
  7. Responsible for the safekeeping of the staff house keys.
  8. Keep correct and up-to-date furniture, equipment, utensil, and linen inventories in the staff houses.
  9. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve overall objectives of this position.
  10. Evaluate and process housing applications.
  11. Conduct eligibility assessments and ensure documentation is complete.
  12. Room allocation assignment and welcoming the colleagues from Airport.
  13. Assist and accompany the patients to hospital during emergencies.
  14. Assist the Housing Manager to regularly conduct inspections to ensure proper cleaning and the respect of housing rules and regulations.
Traders Hotel, Qaryat al Beri, Abu Dhabi The hotel comprises 301 well-appointed guestrooms and suites.
