Human Resources Department: Traders Qaryat al Beri, Abu Dhabi Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the community? Do you possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Colleagues Accommodation Associate. What are we looking for?
- Excellent Computer Skills.
- Communication Skills.
- Administration experience.
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of housing laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Coordinating maintenance works with the third-party contractors.
- Daily room inspection to ensure the proper cleanliness, hygiene, and other facilities are well maintained.
- Monitor and update water and electricity consumption for the accommodation.
- Updating the Notice boards.
- Supervise cleaning work performed by the outsourced cleaning company (Kitchen, General rooms, Recreation, TV room) and report any irregularities.
- Liaise with the security guards in monitoring the visitor register and visiting hours.
- Responsible for the safekeeping of the staff house keys.
- Keep correct and up-to-date furniture, equipment, utensil, and linen inventories in the staff houses.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve overall objectives of this position.
- Evaluate and process housing applications.
- Conduct eligibility assessments and ensure documentation is complete.
- Room allocation assignment and welcoming the colleagues from Airport.
- Assist and accompany the patients to hospital during emergencies.
- Assist the Housing Manager to regularly conduct inspections to ensure proper cleaning and the respect of housing rules and regulations.
