Key Deliverables:

Achieve Revenue & PBT
Reduction in Working capital of the SBU and cash positive operations
Statutory Compliances in India and all overseas branches
Direct and Indirect tax assessment at all overseas branch
Commodity and Forex management
Tendering support for acquisition of new business

Minimum Requirements: Min. 25 years of experience required. Candidate must have Transmission & Distribution Projects Experience. QUALIFICATION: CA Passed #J-18808-Ljbffr
