Position: Contracts Administrator/Manager

Location: KSA, Al Wajh Sector: Contracting and Construction Years of Experience: 8 - 15 Years Qualification: Engineering, Law, or Business Administration Salary: Up to 32,000 SAR

Description:

  1. Oversee and manage all contract activities, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements and legal standards.
  2. Provide expert advice on contract terms, conditions, and risk mitigation strategies to project teams and stakeholders.
  3. Monitor contract performance and address any issues or disputes to ensure smooth project execution.
  4. Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve contractual matters.
  5. Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  6. Assist in claims management, preparation of variations, and other contract-related documentation.
  7. Collaborate with project management and legal teams to ensure alignment of contractual obligations with project objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 8 to 15 years of experience in contracts management, preferably in the construction or engineering sectors.
  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Law, or Business Administration).
  3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract laws, FIDIC terms, claims management, and construction project requirements.
  4. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in contract management software and tools is a plus.
  5. Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
