Case Processing Officer

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Case Processing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration services, specifically in European work permits, visit visas, New Zealand and Canadian immigration programs. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a deep understanding of immigration regulations, and the ability to handle multiple cases efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process client cases for European work permits, visit visas, and Canadian immigration programs.
- Review and verify documentation to ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
- Provide clients with accurate information and guidance on application processes and requirements.
- Communicate with clients and immigration authorities to resolve any issues or queries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare and submit application packages to relevant authorities.
- Track and report on the status of ongoing cases.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through timely and professional communication.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration case processing.
- In-depth knowledge of European work permits, visit visas, New Zealand and Canadian immigration programs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using immigration case management software.
- Case Processing: 1 year (Preferred)
