Position: Sales Engineer - Waste Water Treatment Products. Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

  1. Wastewater equipment sales like pen stocks, pumps, odor control units & clarifiers, etc.
  2. Prepare, send out, and follow up on quotations with technical support and commercial negotiations until sale close out as per company sales procedure.
  3. Interpret clients' needs & optimize offers & solutions to maximize the potential chance of award and profit.
  4. Establish and maintain key accounts in the core fields & designated market including key customer relationships (authorities, contractors, consultants, and end users).
  5. Liaise with principals & suppliers to get the required technical information and best possible terms.
  6. Establish & maintain suitable networks (agents, subsidiaries, partners, branch offices).
  7. Cooperate, support, and engage with other sales, business development, and marketing teams to achieve and maximize potential output & company success.
  8. Forecast and achieve annual sales target.
  9. Ensure profitability and growth of the concerned business area and/or region with full utilization of all available resources to meet the target.
  10. Hand over sales awarded and support projects during the execution.
  11. Represent the company at meetings, presentations, webinars & other public events.
  12. Provide technical input and support for company webinars, case studies, presentations, newsletters, etc.
  13. Prepare sales & related reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information and trends.
  14. Liaise and report to senior management to ensure the company's high standards and continuous improvement.
Qualification & Experience:
  1. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Minimum Experience: 1 - 2 years experience in water & wastewater treatment processes & equipment sales.
Key Generic Skills:
  1. GCC working experience with international companies.
  2. Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  3. Good oral & written Arabic & English - preferred.
  4. UAE driving license - preferred.
