Job Based in Jeddah Responsibilities:

  1. Call/Casa monitoring and evaluation.
  2. Timely feedback to agents.
  3. Variance reporting.
  4. Call Taking.
  5. Ensuring implementation of action plan.
  6. Tracking compliance of corrective actions.
  7. Ensuring compliance of monitoring and feedback process by meeting audit targets.
  8. Ensuring low variation in calibration.
Requirements:
  1. Preferred to be certified COPC HPMT.
  2. English skills.
  3. Bachelor's degree.
