Job Summary The Value Optimization Specialist should have a focused insight into the workings and revenue opportunities of our business across all channels within Sales and Distribution. The role entails a detailed understanding of business needs and identifying scope for growth across all products, aiming to achieve the end goal of enhanced revenue by means of generation of ideas across channels. Core Responsibilities

  1. Undertake Channel Profitability tracking and Variance Management.
  2. Provide business performance comparisons and insights for channel performance.
  3. Identify and implement opportunities for synergy across channels, collaborating among channels to benefit overall sales performance.
  4. Act as SPOC for Sales and Distribution Incentives.
  5. Drive Projects and Transformation initiatives.
  6. CRM Process requirements & use of Business Planning Tools for increasing efficiency of front line and the business in general.
  7. Enable and Track Sales plans for designated channels.
  8. Plan and implement contests, roll out communication to front liners, and monitor performance during campaign periods.
  9. Share Best Practices Framework with front liners.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree - Master’s degree is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Banking environment.
  3. Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  4. Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and communication skills.
  5. Must be able to effectively coordinate with other departments and work together as a team to effectively deliver on requirements.
