Maintenance Manager Job Description: The Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. This role involves managing a multidisciplinary team to execute corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs for the used oil re-refining plant. The Maintenance Manager will ensure seamless integration between construction and operational phases, adherence to HSE requirements, and alignment with Yunitco’s corporate values of sustainability, innovation, and teamwork. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the maintenance department, including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams.
Develop and implement comprehensive preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs.
Ensure seamless handover of systems and equipment from construction to operational phases.
Collaborate with project teams to review and accept installed systems and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements during construction, commissioning, and operational phases.
Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes.
Analyze equipment performance and failure data to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
Oversee the planning and execution of shutdowns, turnarounds, and commissioning activities.
Establish and implement HSE protocols and maintenance standards, aligned with Saudi Building Codes and Royal Commission regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance practices, leveraging CMMS systems.
Report on maintenance KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum of 15 years of maintenance experience in industrial plants, preferably in oil re-refining or related industries.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and maintenance best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
