• Support the completion of all landscaping design activities. • Develop and define the overall landscaping design guidelines for adherence by township design teams. • Enhance and implement standardization of landscaping design guidelines and practices to ensure ease of constructability and cost-efficiency. • Ensure best-in-class development and application of landscaping design guidelines and practices in terms of lifetime cost of ownership, constructability, and customer feedback. • Work collaboratively as part of the integrated project delivery team and report to the project manager for activities that relate to the objectives of a project. • Provide technical support during construction to address landscaping issues, as needed. • Identify possible value engineering ideas to optimize costs/time and simplify delivery regarding landscaping. #J-18808-Ljbffr
