Senior Manager - Finance Business PartneringBarden is working with a high profile PLC on a Finance Business Partnering Senior Manager level role. This is a highly visible and commercial-orientated role partnering with key senior stakeholders and leading a team of finance analysts. You will be integrally involved in driving a key business unit's strategy, revenue growth, performance, and margin expansion.This role offers genuine progression and opportunities to develop your career.Key Responsibilities:Prepare monthly financial reporting packages with commentary and analysis.Provide financial insights and support to senior leadership.Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports.Conduct financial reviews with senior management.Assist in forecasting and budgeting.Identify key revenue and margin drivers.Prepare management presentations.Requirements:Qualified Accountant with min 5 years PQE within a multinational or PLCStrong business partnering and commercial experienceExcellent team player with leadership skills.Ability to work effectively with people at various levels of the organization, particularly with Senior Leadership.Driven and ambitiousSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Analyst, Strategy/Planning, and FinanceIndustries: Business Consulting and Services
