We are currently looking for a talented Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. Your day to day As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll use your friendly and approachable nature to create memorable experiences by delivering exceptional service to guests. You'll need to juggle multiple tasks and stay adaptable to ensure a seamless guest experience. This role also involves offering support and guidance to your team, as well as handling hiring and performance management as needed. What we need from you

• Strong communication skills and be comfortable interacting with guests and other team members
• The ability to problem solve & remain calm in busy periods
• Flexibility to work a range of hours, which includes but is not limited to afternoons, evenings & public holidays
• A strong team player attitude
• 2+ years leadership experience in a restaurant, bar or hotel environment
• Current valid New Zealand working rights
