About the job Segment Head Recruitment We are looking for a Senior Manager Recruitment for our Lahore Office. People is an international HR Services company operating in Pakistan and serving domestic and multi-national client organizations across all HR functions. We are looking for a seasoned Recruitment Manager who can lead and manage a robust and fast-paced recruitment function across territories and industries. Job Role and Duties:

• Forecast quarterly & annual hiring needs at the group level.
• Formulating JDs & analyzing job requirements.
• Designing of technical & behavioral assessments for all unique positions at the group level.
• Conducting Interviews & maintaining feedback from business managers.
• Sourcing of potential candidates through online channels.
• Coordinate with the HR Services team in the onboarding process of employees.
• Refining database of the CV's
• Job posting & publishing on a daily basis for internal as well as clients positions.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in relevant field.
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in HRM.
• High-level proficiency in managing talent portals and databases
• Advanced knowledge of interviewing and evaluation methods. Understanding of behavioral competency framework and behavioral interviews structure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
