Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialized Doctors in different specialties to lead and manage our services across the group. This role requires a unique blend of medical expertise and business acumen to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while driving operational efficiency and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Leadership: Provide expert clinical care in your specialty, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of medical practice. Strategic Managemen t: Oversee the development and implementation of specialty services, aligning with the SGH group's strategic goals. Quality Assurance : Monitor and enhance the quality of care delivered, implementing best practices and clinical guidelines. Business Developmen t: Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the specialty, including service expansion and patient engagement strategies. Data Analysis : Utilize analytical skills to assess performance metrics, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency, driving data-informed decision-making. Team Collaboration : Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to foster a collaborative environment that enhances patient care and staff satisfaction Training and Development : Mentor and support junior medical staff and allied health professionals, promoting continuous professional development Communication : Present findings and proposals to stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills.

Job Requirements

Education : Medical degree, postgraduate degree in Surgery, Internal Medicine, ICU, Orthopedic, Cardio and Cardiothoracic, OBG, Urology, Pediatric and Vascular. Experience : Proven experience in clinical practice within your specialty, with a strong background in hospital management or a related field. Certifications : Quality or hospital management diploma is preferred. Skills : Strong analytical skills and experience in data interpretation. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
