Summary Of Responsibilities: To design and deliver non-technical training interventions for AJVA employees in line with the annual training and development plan. Essential Job Duties

Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.
Design training materials as per targeted skill sets identified by TNA process.
Conduct training programs to help employees maintain or improve job skills.
Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.
Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
Present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
Develop training tools such as outlines, text, exams, activities and handouts.
Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
Coordinate the formulation of trainees groups.
Coordinate certificates issuance and distribution.
Update the training management software with the class attendance and results & absent list to be shared with Training Manager.
Maintain the readiness of venues technical set up and follow up with any department on any set up requirements.
Maintain hardcopy and electronic filing system for the training results and any other records.
Evaluate training programs conducted and suggest/report areas of improvement.
Support the implementation of various change management initiatives across the organization.
Attend to and assume other related assignments as agreed with the Training Manager.

Qualifications, Experience, Job Knowledge And Skill Set Requirements:

Moderate to long experience in Automotive Sales operations.
Preferred to be bilingual (Arabic and English).
Good to professional computer skills.
Excellent communication skills.
