Maintenance Planner position at our Saldanha Port, Robotic Labatory 

• Be part of a high performance and dynamic team that manages the Saldanha Port Robotic lab to world calls standards and practices.
• The Maintenance Planner is part of the leadership team and plans, coordinates maintenance functions and activities. Ensures inventory and external services are readily available as and when needed to fulfil all the contractual requirements with the customer.

• Maintain the Equipment Register
• Produce, review and deliver Service Plans to ensure maintenance KPI’s are met.
• Analize maintenance data & adjust maintenance plans accordingly.

• Collections from local suppliers
• Customer CAPEX support

• Costing & quoting
• Customer PO receipt & hand-over
• Customer CAPEX meetings
• Appointed laboratory document controller (ISO/IEC 17025:2017)
• Review all documents changes
• Update document register

• The Maintenance Planner brings his/her experience to control the maintenance planning effort and continuously validate the effectiveness, making changes where needed and collaborating with the maintenance team.
• The function draws on a solid technical background in a similar environment complimented strongly with professional planning and organizing skills.
