We are hiring a Sales Cold Caller & Lead Scraper to work with one of our clients. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual who can generate leads, cold-call potential customers, and set up appointments or close deals. If you are confident, persuasive, and experienced in both cold calling and lead generation , we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients and introduce the client’s services
• Identify and scrape high-quality leads from various sources (LinkedIn, directories, databases, etc.)
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM
• Follow up with potential leads via calls, emails, and messages to nurture them
• Handle objections and customize the pitch to different prospects
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling, lead scraping, and sales prospecting
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Experience with lead generation tools, databases, and scraping techniques
• Ability to work with CRM and sales tracking software
• Strong persuasion skills and ability to handle objections
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
