Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for proactively soliciting and executing security services sales and coordinating security services sales activities by receiving, capturing, and processing sales orders while coordinating with the Security Services Division.
Support the Sales Manager in the preparation of the annual Sales Plan for the organization that is in line with its overall objectives.
Coordinate with the Security Services Division on the Security Services technical and commercial proposals to be submitted to the client and assist them in the execution of the sales process.
Establish contacts with new clients and explain the various solutions and services offered by the company.
Maintain client relations and contact with potential/existing clients within various markets and keep abreast of developments within the client organizations in terms of development of their facilities and services where opportunities may arise or exist for providing security services and solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the security services technologies solutions available in the industry/market in relation to the product portfolio and its related systems handled.
Complete site surveys at client locations and brief the relevant team at Hemaya to enable them to prepare appropriate security services technical designs and drawings to assist in the preparation of the proposals.
Prepare the security services commercial proposal in coordination with the relevant team at the company and submit to clients, conducting discussions and negotiations on the proposals submitted.
Participate in the negotiations with the clients in order to close the sale for the company.
Coordinate with the Security Services Division on the security services technical and commercial proposals to be submitted to the client.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on security services sales pipeline for Hemaya.
Compile security services sales reports and maintain other records for use in generating reports for decision making.
Keep track of customer account payment status in liaison with Finance.
Suggest and implement processes to improve Sales operations.
Contribute to the excellence of service delivery to internal/external clients in order to achieve the organization's overall mission.
Practice duties and roles in line with the authorities as illustrated in the authority matrix.

This covers the key responsibilities to be performed, but is not all inclusive. It doesn’t preclude other responsibilities from being assigned and undertaken. Requirements: Educational Qualifications & Certifications: Normally a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Sales related field. Experience: Five years of relevant work experience in a Sales role within a Security Services Industry. KPIs:

Number of Client Visits
Speed and accuracy of response to queries and issues internally and externally
Internal/external customer service satisfaction

Skills:

Knowledge of the company’s services, products, and the security services industry in general.
Negotiation and Relationship Building Skills.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Computer literacy: MS Windows applications (word processing, Excel, spreadsheets…).
Fluent in English and Arabic.

Job Type: Full-time Experience:

B2B Sales: 4 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

25% (Preferred)
