CMA CGM Arabia Inland Logistics Services Company Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining QHSE policies and procedures to promote a safe and sustainable working environment. Conducts regular audits, risk assessments, and inspections, and provides training to staff to minimize hazards, improve workplace safety, and ensure operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
Quality Assurance.
Training and Awareness.
Documentation and Reporting.
Compliance and Continuous Improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in QHSE or a related field.
Proven experience in implementing safety management systems and quality assurance processes.
Knowledge of local, national, and international regulations governing QHSE matters.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and quality management standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Proficiency in risk assessment, incident investigation, and root cause analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to engage with employees at all levels and foster a culture of safety and quality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Must be able to work in both office and field environments.
Flexible working hours may be required for training, audits, or incident investigations.
