Company Description Asfour Crystal, established in 1961 in Egypt, has grown to become the largest crystal manufacturer worldwide with a presence in over 70 countries. The company's integrated industrial complex includes four factories dedicated to producing crystal, chandeliers, crystal applications, gifts, and decorations. With a focus on artistic heritage and refined craftsmanship, Asfour Crystal is known for transforming dreams into reality with unmatched precision and attention to detail. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Design Manager located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design process, managing design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the quality and creativity of the design output. The role will involve leading and inspiring a team of designers to achieve aesthetic excellence in line with Asfour Crystal's brand identity. Qualifications

Experience in design management and team leadership
Proficiency in design software and tools
Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of trends in the design industry
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
Experience in the luxury goods or interior design industry is a plus
