Our Energy & Environment (E&E) Practice Area is focused on helping our clients grow their businesses in 4 dynamic areas: Power & Energy; Environment & Water; Homes & Buildings; and Oil & Gas. At a time when energy transition and decarbonization are critical global goals, we specialize in providing the intelligence and strategic tools to help companies navigate the increasingly complex ecosystem of innovation, growth opportunity, industry transformation and sustainability. Overview You will be responsible for managing a module of work or leading a small project team (1-2 members). This involves guiding client teams and structuring analyses to address key client challenges. Key objectives include serving as an internal role model, building expertise with mid-level client management, and beginning to engage in business development activities, such as preparing proposals and participating in client pitches. Responsibilities

Research and analysis: Garnering market intelligence through a mix of secondary research and interactions with business stakeholders. Collation, validation, and meaningful analysis of the data to derive critical insights.
Strategy and/or business planning experience.
Excel modeling: Develop basic Excel-based models such as market sizing, demand estimation, strategic attractiveness, and forecasting models.
Report preparation: Develop industry and competition profiles. Create module reports and assist supervisors in drafting client-ready deliverables.
Consistent and error-free delivery: Ensure consistent and error-free submissions while taking ownership of your work.
Business Support: Leverage sector/technology knowledge in supporting proposals.
Thought Leadership: Stay updated with the latest happenings in the industry and share novel ideas through various platforms.
Manage key stakeholders by sector/practice area to ensure expectations are met/exceeded and timelines are adhered to.
Develop excellent quality content.
Work with a global team of experts to create a powerful customer experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in a strategic role within the sectors mentioned above.
Postgraduate qualification (MBA or a relevant engineering discipline such as mechanical, instrumentation, or electrical), though flexible.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is a MUST.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Capable of working independently with minimal remote supervision.
Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Committed to maintaining high-quality standards and discipline.
A strategic thinker who understands how operational activities contribute to the broader business strategy.
