Leverage your expertise and join a dynamic team in a leading company specializing in the education industry, operating across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates. Working as School Stage Leader you will oversee the lower and upper elementary divisions (Grades 1-5), fostering academic excellence, implementing improvement plans, and cultivating a collaborative, innovative school environment. Key Accountabilities The position involves:

Lead recruitment, retention, and professional development initiatives for teachers and teaching assistants.
Support performance evaluations and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
Promote professional growth within the team and ensuring alignment with best practices.
Contribute to admissions and enrollment processes to attract motivated students.
Enhance wellbeing through curricular and extracurricular programs.
Assist in maintaining accreditation and compliance with international standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience We are Looking for:

A degree in education and a certified teaching qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in international settings.
Strong expertise in elementary education, with a focus on academic excellence and innovation.
Experience with American curriculum standards.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strategic thinking and implementation of improvement plans.
Experience integrating technology into teaching and administration.
Experience in diverse, multicultural environments.
