Job title: Service Advisor / Call Center Working Location: Khobar Branch Language: Proficient in Arabic, English language knowledge is preferred. The position entails engaging with customers professionally, actively listening, communicating clearly, and swiftly resolving issues. Key attributes include persuading customers by elucidating benefits, adeptly communicating technical details, problem-solving to fix issues, collaborating with teams for efficient repairs, and staying open to learning new technologies and industry trends in the dynamic automotive sector. Required Skills/Abilities:

Essential for the role, involving professional interaction, active listening, clear communication, and effective issue resolution.
Convincing Skills: Ability to persuade customers by clearly explaining benefits and addressing their queries.
Communication Skills: Crucial for effective communication with customers and technicians, simplifying technical information, and collaborating for efficient repairs.
Problem-Solving Skills: Crucial to swiftly identify and resolve issues in the role.
Teamwork Skills: Collaborating with others, sharing information, and working jointly on projects for timely and cost-effective repairs.
Willingness to Learn: Open to learning new technologies and industry updates in the evolving automotive sector.

Service Advisor's Responsibilities:

Greet customers, answer questions and address concerns.
Inspect vehicles, diagnose issues with the coordination of the team leader, and provide estimates for repairs.
Schedule appointments, coordinate with the team, and ensure timely completion within budget.
Communicate with customers throughout the repair process and resolve issues promptly.
Follow up post-repair to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
Maintain repair quality standards and promptly resolve customer complaints.
Provide sales and marketing support through promotions and lead-generation efforts.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent: 1-2 years of customer service experience is important to showcase proficiency in interacting with customers professionally and effectively. Willingness to learn about the automotive industry: This is important for understanding the types of repairs that are typically performed including spare parts knowledge, as well as the terminology used in the automotive industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
