We are excited to announce an opportunity for Sales Operations Executive at Logistiq, part of the Landmark Group. Logistiq is a dynamic, fast-growing logistics company in the GCC, with the vision to provide world-class logistics accessible to all. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of services from last mile delivery, warehousing to freight forwarding, trucking & distribution. The Landmark Group began its journey in 1973 with one store in Bahrain and has grown into one of the largest retail and hospitality conglomerates in the Middle East, Africa and India. Currently the Group operates over 2,200 outlets, encompassing over 30 million square feet across 21 countries. The Sales Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the efficient operation of all sales administrative tasks. This role involves managing the CRM system, tracking sales performance, and effectively communicating targets, achievements, and incentives to the sales team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in sales administration with strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  1. Sales CRM & Reporting:
    • Operate and maintain the CRM system to manage leads, opportunities, and customer data.
    • Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations for management.
    • Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve sales processes and efficiency.
    • Generate reports and insights for strategic decision-making.
    • Manage and oversee all sales documentation and records.
  2. Target Management:
    • Communicate sales targets, performance metrics, and incentive structures to the sales team.
    • Track and analyze individual and team achievements against targets.
    • Provide timely feedback and insights to team to optimize performance.
  3. Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team in creating proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients.
    • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support with travel arrangements when necessary.
    • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless coordination.
  4. Sales process enhancement:
    • Streamline sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and reduce administrative overhead for the sales team.
    • Support lead qualification efforts to ensure high-quality opportunities for the sales team.
    • Serve as key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding sales inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or sales enablement.
    • Experience in a logistics, transportation, or related industry is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
    • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Fluency in English and Arabic (Arabic is a must).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage relationships across teams.
