Factory EHS

Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components. Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence. The Tata Group operates in more than 100 countries across six continents, with the mission 'To improve the quality of life of the communities we serve globally, through long term stakeholder value creation based on leadership with Trust.’ As Factory EHS, our goal is to ensure that our factories set a new higher standard for Safety. We are looking for senior level EHS personnel at our locations near Bangalore. These are full-time on-site role for Environment, Health, and Safety Managers and Safety officers at Tata Electronics. The roles are focused on maintaining and improving the Safety performance at existing factories and involves overseeing all aspects of environmental, health, and safety programs, conducting audits, approving permits, ensuring compliance with regulations, reducing and eliminating risks and promoting a culture of safety within the Tata Electronics organization as well as contractors working at these sites. Qualifications

• Health & Safety and EHS expertise
• Experience in Occupational Health and NEBOSH certification
• Auditing skills
• Experience with Construction Safety and
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities and ability to implement our guidelines.
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field
