Digital Marketing Officer

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of creating successful campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, etc.)
- Manage and optimize company website, social media platforms, and other digital assets
- Create engaging and creative content for online campaigns, including ads, blogs, newsletters, and social media posts
- Analyze data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make informed adjustments
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
- Monitor competitors' online activities and propose improvements
- Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and optimize ROI
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO/SEM best practices, Adobe Applications
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems (CMS)
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
