You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Hostess - Grand Club is responsible for assisting with receiving guests in the executive floor and lounge, managing the inventory of the outlet, and assisting the service staff whenever necessary. You will also assist the Grand Club Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the executive floor and lounge at the hotel.
Qualifications
Ideally, you should have a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1-2 years' work experience in Executive Floor and lounge operations of hotels is required. Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must. #J-18808-LjbffrApply safely
