Business analyst - trade surveillance

Project description Operate as a Senior Business Analyst to drive global trade surveillance strategy and execution within the IT function, working closely with Compliance, Technology, and business stakeholders to develop product roadmaps.Responsibilities Conduct business analysis on regulatory-focused technology initiatives. Define and document user requirements for trade surveillance. Manage multiple regulatory sub-projects and deadlines. Collaborate with Product Owners and IT delivery teams. Perform regulatory-focused business analysis. Skills Must have: 6 to 9 years of total working experience is expected. Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience on trading surveillance and controls in financial services / capital markets. Experience working with compliance legal business and technology. Understand markets risks and controls (e.g., ASIC/Audit/Compliance within Markets divisions). Excellent communication skills, organized and able to manage stakeholders in different areas (legal/compliance/business/technology). Experience investigating root causes and identifying weaknesses providing input to remediate and strengthen core framework. Nice to have: Splunk.
