Responsibilities

• To develop a schedule program for the commencement and completion of all Architectural works to tie in with the master schedule.
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms.
• Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members to resolve related problems and issues.
• Co-ordination of shop drawings.
• Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality standards and minimal defects.

Job Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Building / Construction or related disciplines.
• Sound understanding of architectural design theories and construction drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD software or related applications.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in related field.
