Our Malaysia office, even stronger than before and in a continuous growth is looking for talents for our Ipsos Interactive Services (IIS) hub. IIS combines market research expertise, technical knowledge and the most advanced data collection methods in use today, exploring and implementing innovative and interactive techniques for the online environment. JOB PURPOSE This position is responsible for performing day-to-day data processing tasks and independently handling small to medium scale projects, to provide quality inputs for research analysis. JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Participate to all project meetings where presence is required
2. Participate to all individual and team meetings where presence is required
3. Verify all project materials, budget, timings at all times throughout the project life cycle and communicate any feedback/errors/clarifications required for a good project delivery
4. Prepare all required tools for data processing once specifications and project materials are available
5. Perform checks/validations/tests as required for a good project execution
6. Delivery administrative information throughout project lifecycle according to internal processes
7. Perform data processing steps once data is available, following internal processes
8. Check and deliver the output as required following internal processes
9. Upload data in internal platforms/client platforms as required
10. Responsible to save all project materials/DP scripts/databases/work instructions/communication used throughout project cycle on project server as detailed in internal processes
11. Responsible to reach project KPIs (quality, schedule, deliverables) to ensure IIS competitiveness
12. Efficiently use all IIS tools for data processing/admin as per the internal processes
13. Always follow internal regulations
14. Ensure project coverage along with the manager whenever going on annual leave/medical leave/emergency
15. Always act with the client requirements in mind
16. Always act respectfully and professionally in front of the team, researchers, partners

DEVELOPMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible to implement the Development plan agreed with the manager
2. Acknowledge and act on all required activities to reach individual and team objectives for which he/she is directly responsible
3. Take part on any optimization process as required

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Takes support role for technical and non-technical development of new joiners, as per the direct manager requests

BACKGROUND Skills/Knowledge

1. Able to understand relationship and logic between data collection and output requirement
2. Knowledge in SAS, SPSS and Dimensions preferable
3. Proficient in Excel, Excel (VBA)
4. Possess strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
5. Maintain positive working relationships and open communication with all colleagues, including other departments

Qualification

1. Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Economics, Mathematics, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent
