Industry-Advertising. Designation-Account Manager(TDS & GST) We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive/Manager with expertise in handling TDS and GST compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting. Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software is a must. Key Responsibilities: TDS Compliance: Monthly TDS checking and reconciliation. Quarterly TDS verification. Filing TDS returns within stipulated deadlines. Issuing TDS certificates to vendors and employees. GST Compliance: Checking GST data and ensuring accuracy. Filing monthly GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B. Managing GST audits and ensuring compliance. Handling GST scrutiny and responding to tax authorities. MIS Reporting: Monthly TDS and GST calculations. Preparing indirect expense reports branch-wise. Maintaining and updating fixed media reports. Generating Profit Before Tax (PBT) reports. Calculating margin, maintaining records, and issuing POs. Preparing margin reports (Salesperson/Agency/Client-wise). General Accounting & Compliance: Maintaining books of accounts in Tally. Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements. Coordinating with auditors and tax consultants. Sundry Responsibilities: Filing VRF, agreements, and other related documents. Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping. Assisting in any other finance-related activities as required. Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5+ years in accounts and taxation. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally, Compu Office, and MS Excel. Tax Expertise: Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and statutory compliance. Analytical Ability: Expertise in financial reporting and data analysis. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling financial data and reports. Communication Skills: Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
