Joinery Draughtsman

We are looking for a Joinery Draughtsman who will play a critical role in the interior fit-out industry by translating design concepts into detailed drawings for joinery and interior fit-out projects. They collaborate closely with design and development teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Attention to detail and expertise in 2D planning are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for detailed drawing for joinery and fit-out projects
• Designing 2D plans and detailed shop drawings primarily for joinery and interior fit-out
• Prepare freehand section details for site personnel and material lists
• Create drawings (linear, shop, etc.) as instructed by the Design & Development Manager
• Collaborate with sales staff to produce drawings and bills of material from sketches, existing drawings, and electronic images, along with verbal and written descriptions

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant drafting tools
• Strong understanding of joinery and interior fit-out principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials used in joinery and fit-out projects
