This job is an Office Administrator/Administrative Assistant. You might like this job because you'll manage office tasks, coordinate procedures, handle confidential data, and support staff effectively.
- Receptionist responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls.
- Process monthly claims for staff and office expenses.
- Manage staff attendance and monitor leave records.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and reorder as necessary.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and copying.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Assist architects with various documentations.
- Coordinate office procedures.
- Respond to general inquiries via email, phone, or in person.
- Resolve administrative issues effectively.
- Utilize Task basic for work tasks.
Job Requirements
We welcome candidates from all backgrounds to join our team! However, you’ll have an advantage if you have:- Experience in office administration
- Proficiency in English (able to speak, read, and write; at least a grade C in SPM)
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
- A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks or challenges
