About the role We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager to join our fast growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on multiple tasks, managing small-scale projects, and supporting administrative operations while maintaining strong relationships with external clients and stakeholders. Day to Day
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing small IT projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder & Client Management: Manage regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback. Collaborate with team members to translate client requirements into actionable project tasks.
- Administrative Support: Maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and task lists. Organize and manage meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Risk and Issue Tracking: Monitor project risks and issues, flagging potential challenges, and proposing solutions.
- Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Proactively identify and address potential project roadblocks and risks. Support the development, documentation, and implementation of improved workflows and administrative processes.
- Minimum of 1–2 years proven experience in project coordination, administration, or a junior project management role (preferably in IT or tech).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, IT, business, or related fields.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, to manage stakeholder and client relationships effectively.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding innovative and practical solutions.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Cyber Security Services
- Experience in a technology-focused project management and client management or customer experience role.
- Experience maintaining and managing project documentation and generating reports.
- Knowledge of IT terminology and processes is a plus.
