- Identify and Pursue Sales Opportunities: Develop and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and developers to identify new sales opportunities for architectural louvers, facades, and sunshades.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of each project and client.
- Prepare and Deliver Sales Presentations: Present product offerings and solutions to potential clients, demonstrating how they meet project requirements.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Track and manage sales leads, follow up on prospects, and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with Project Teams: Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure that sales commitments align with project capabilities and timelines.
- Monitor Market Trends: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Compile and submit regular sales reports to management, outlining achievements, challenges, and future action plans.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of architectural products, especially louvers, facades, and sunshades, is highly desirable. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Networking Skills: Ability to build and maintain a network of industry contacts, including architects, contractors, and developers.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-Motivated: Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently to achieve sales goals.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
