• Oversee & manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, Tik Tok, Community, etc.) by creating relevant and engaging content.
• Direct the creation of compelling content to enhance our social media presence and increase audience engagement.
• Implement lead generation campaigns to generate inquiries and drive enrollments.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
• Prepare detailed performance reports for all digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative digital marketing strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams including business development, designer, developer to achieve the goals.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Commerce, Digital Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Mandarin. (Mandarin is a plus point)
• Proactive with a can do attitude, discipline and well organised.
• Team Player with interpersonal & leadership skills
• A believer in growth hacking techniques, eager to experiment with new strategies to achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Candidates need to understand Mandarin as this role requires social media posting in Mandarin & English.
• Bonus Points: Prior experience in the education sector would be advantageous. Experience in marketplace platforms (B2C) or working within a marketing or media agency is highly desirable.
