Job Responsibilities:
- Attend and assist customers, provide product information, and offer advice and guidance on product selection.
- Ensure product visibility, proper product display, and practice FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management.
- Receive incoming goods, store deliveries, and manage stock control.
- Respond to customer enquiries or complaints and refer queries to the relevant member of the pharmacy team when necessary.
- Place price tags, keep updated with special promotions, and set up displays.
- Maintain store cleanliness and security at all times.
- Ensure optimal levels for dispensary stock.
- Handle cashiering duties and calculate daily cash flow.
- Plan, monitor, and achieve monthly personal sales targets.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior or any ad-hoc assignments when required.
- Overtime (OT)*
