Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend and assist customers, provide product information, and offer advice and guidance on product selection.
• Ensure product visibility, proper product display, and practice FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management.
• Receive incoming goods, store deliveries, and manage stock control.
• Respond to customer enquiries or complaints and refer queries to the relevant member of the pharmacy team when necessary.
• Place price tags, keep updated with special promotions, and set up displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness and security at all times.
• Ensure optimal levels for dispensary stock.
• Handle cashiering duties and calculate daily cash flow.
• Plan, monitor, and achieve monthly personal sales targets.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior or any ad-hoc assignments when required.
