Global Talent Acquisition Specialist | FX
About the Job An International Financial Institute with offices across many countries, an award-winning, multi-asset CFD/Forex Brokerage.- Salary Range: RM 6,000 - RM 12,000
- Location: KL City
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine the selection criteria for various roles.
- Candidate Sourcing: Source potential candidates through online channels such as social platforms and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, GitHub).
- Interview and Selection Process: Plan and manage the interview and selection procedures, including initial screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Utilization: Assess and manage candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the ATS.
- Job Description and Interview Design: Create job descriptions and interview questions that align with the specific requirements of each position.
- Hiring Needs Forecasting: Work with departments to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
- Social Media and Network Proficiency: Familiarity with social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, utilizing various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- ATS Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for effective candidate management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal teams.
