We are seeking an Integrated Public Transport Specialist as part of our DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH Branch Office. The job opening is located in the Middle East and offers exciting challenges and potential for career growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and plans for integrated public transport aligned with population and economic growth.
- Supervise and implement plans for integrating and unifying public transport into a single network.
- Manage integrated and sustainable public transport projects, ensuring timely completion within the allocated budget.
- Participate in preparing feasibility studies and assist in preparing terms of reference for integrated public transport projects.
- Supervise electronic integration systems for public transport networks and provide technical support to the team.
- Civil Engineer with experience in integrated transport systems covering private vehicles, buses, trains, metro, taxis, and bicycles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering/Transport Planning.
- At least 10 years of regional and international experience in integrated public transport, preferably in GCC countries.
- Experience working with Ministry, Government Agencies, and Entities.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Full Computer Literacy.
- Excellent communication skills are essential to success in this role.
- Driving license required to drive to site or to technical meetings with the client representative.
