Mortgage Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and market a range of mortgage products and solutions to meet clients' needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
• Conduct consultations to understand clients' financial situations and provide tailored recommendations.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage the end-to-end process of mortgage applications, including documentation, submission, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders (e.g., client, bank, lawyers).
• Cross-sell fee-based products such as MRTA/ MLTA/ MRTT/ MLTT.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the mortgage or financial services industry.
• Minimum SPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor Degree/ Higher Education.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, loan structures, and the financial industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Malaysian only.
